“Hush”
More Words
I love to say “mama” and “nana” now. Nana LOVES it when I say her name. She gives me a big hug and lots of kisses. I also wave hi and goodbye to people. I can clear say “yeah.”
This work thought I started back to daycare and was not very happy to do so. Teacher Josie got a new job so she isn’t there anymore, which makes me sad. But Brianne is and that makes me feel better. I always give her a hug when I see her. In fact, when mommy dropped me off, I left her to go to Brianna and put my arms out for hug and then I rested my head on shoulder. I hurried back to mom though because she mentioned something that resembled the word “goodbye” and I know what that means. I have been crying when mom and dad leave, but I usually get better right after they are gone. Mommy doesn’t do too well dropping me off so daddy does it 4 out of the 5 days.
When mom calls to check on me teacher Kari always says I’m the happiest one there and doing great. I get to go on buggy rides, play outside, do a lot of artwork, and best of all EAT. One day I loved the breakfast they served so much I tried to steal someone’s next to me.
When mommy picks me up from school I run to her with open arms and it is the best feeling in the world to feel her arms wrapped around me.

Special Times with Mom and Dad
I know you all are aware that I am big boy and that I walk to the park now, but to make my mom feel extra special I hold her hand all the way there. Sometimes I wills top and watch a squirrel or do a happy dance, but I always put my hand up to grab her hand. She tells me all the way to the Lake/ Park how much she enjoys holding my hand. By the way, if you could all keep this a secret that would be great. I mean I do many manly things with dad, but as you see from the picture below I wanted daddy to feel special too so I did something I rarely ever do…snuggled with him.
Dad taught me a cool way to give kisses. I put my lips on your cheek and blow like when someone blows on your belly. It is adorable!
The other night we were having Thai food so dad taught me how to put my hands together and bow your head. It is also adorable!
And as if that wasn’t enough to prove my dad is cool he showed me how to give hi-fives. But best of all, he takes me on bike rides all the time. I love it!
“Outside”
I am gradually starting to say more words and thanks to nana mom and dad finally figured out I was saying the word, “outside.” Mom and dad always ask me if I want to go outside so I decided I would be proactive and let them know when I was ready. Now I go up to them and say, “outside?” I do it when I get up in the morning, anytime we are in the kitchen, when I’m bored, well you get the picture. And best of all, they think it is so cute that I get to go outside every time.
